Kirkland Signature by Whirlpool: Freezer racks

I live in an apartment, and it came with a "Kirkland Signature by Whirlpool" refrigerator, model ST14CKXKQ

The freezer has 2 slots for freezer racks, but the freezer racks were gone when I moved in. I've been trying to find out where I can buy replacement racks, but no one seems to carry them.

I've tried Costco (where I assume it was purchased), and also directly with Whirlpool. I've tried emailing customer service, but I haven't gotten a response. I tried calling, but Costco said I need to contact Whirlpool and Whirlpool said I need to contact Costco. I've tried Home Depot and Lowe's, but they both said they don't carry that model or parts for it, and I should talk to Costco or Whirlpool.

Does *anyone* know where I can find these?
