Kenmore washer 70 series only drains while spinning

Kenmore 70 series washer spins very slowwwwww? Already replaced motor coupler..

My washer doesn't start spinning on it's own but if I reach into the washer and give the tub a push, it will start to spin on it's own until it gets up to full speed and then it spins normally. This is the case both on the rinse and the final spin. I replaced the lid switch but nothing changed....

My Kenmore Heavy Duty Series 60 washer stopped spinning and draining on all settings. No noise, humming or motor sound, just stopped dead. Did check to make sure contact when lid closes was not the problem and it is not. Any clues? Thanks.
