Kenmore elite dishwasher model 465 double drawer - one drawer will not drain.
We have a double drawer dishwasher and the top drawer will not drain. We looked at the hose and it looks good. It does not sound the same as the lower one... could it be the pump? Do they have two separate pumps and if so how can I check this?

Unit is about 5 years old, never had a problem. Now it is not working at all. Totally dead, no lights. There were no previous symptoms, the previous load the day before worked great. Any suggestions? Did the fuse blow? Where is the fuse located and how do I get to it?

Timer seems to get stuck on 82 min. if you shorten cycle it stops on 39 min.
