KENMORE ELITE CATALYST WASHER sm9710768D

How old is my washer? Is it worth $150?? It's heavy duty king size capacity. The machine rattles during spin cycle - maybe my floor isn't level? When I first press start it begins to fill only a little bit and then starts to agitate with very little water. I don't know how to change that. I have no manual and probably wouldn't be able to decipher the contents anyway!

Hello Pamela

It can be anything up to 2 years old, so yes it may be worth $ 150,00.

First get a manual, as that is important to understand properly how the washer should be operated, and take it from there.
