Kenmore Dryer not drying

Clothes not drying. We have replaced the heating element. Dryer is heating up but clothes are still wet. Vent is clear and open. We have tried all cycles of drying and none work any different. What can we do.

Try removing the blower housing and cleaning it out as well. This is the most overlooked area to cause airflow (drying) problems. Also check and make sure the blower motor is working
