Kenmore Dryer - No Heat - Everything else works

Model number 11063932101 - The element will not heat, but the drum will rotate, interior light comes on, etc. I have checked the two circuit breakers - OK! I have done a continuity check on the heater element, thermal cut-off, thermostat and thermal fuse. All pass the continuity check. Also, I physically looked at the heater element. It appeared intact. I checked the exhaust and there was no blockage. Still no heat! Any suggestions as to what to do next?

Thank you.

WAIT!!! Do a continuity check on the heating element before you spend about 50 bucks on an element that may not be needed!
It's VERY easy to make sure whether the element is good or bad, and if you do get continuity, make some checks on the timer which in a 220V dryer is more of a problem than in a gas dryer.
