Kenmore beeps constantly

My 14 month Kenmoe Elite Oasis 110.2703 beeps constantly. When you turn it on, it beeps constantly and turns on and off by itself. What do I need to repair? HELP

Does this have a 1 or 2 year warranty. Can't remember. But normally the this is a problem on the board and has to be replaced. These are a little pricey is why I ask about the warranty.
