Kenmore 665.17033402 not spinning

The bottom rotating sprayer is not spinning. When I mannually try to spin it it acts like it is stuck-it does not move. Any solutions? How do I take it apart? I do not have a manual?

Clearly the sprayer got stuck. Either by something mechanically inside the washer, or the bearing may be rusted (only the water spray drives the rotor).
If necessary get a manual by ordering it from the Sears service website. Cost approx. US$ 15.00
