ice maker and water

I have a side by side frigidaire and it does not make ice and water does not come out also, can you please help...............Thank you...........Hector

Check your water valve. It is located on the back side of unit near the bottom where your water supply line is connected.

Check the small plastic water line on the rear of the unit.

Sometimes it can get a kink in the line.

Also, most units have a replaceable filter that may be clogged up, and need to be replaced.

You should be able to check those items yourself, if that doesn't help, call a repair man or watch here for other possible solutions.
