    How old is my GE dryer?
    I have a GE dryer, model DWSR475EY0WW. I can find no information on the age of it. I would appreciate any help.

    Give GE a call. They ought to know. Their number is on the last page of your manual, http://genet.geappliances.com/DocSea...f/49-90027.PDF .

    The V indicates it was built in 1987 or 1999. Every 12 yrs. GE uses the same code
