How to change a washing machine coupler

I have a kenmore catayst washing machine 11020072993 model. The agitator nor drum spins, but makes a clicking noise when it trys. I believe the coupler has broken that connects the drive to the drum. Can you walk me through the process of changing the coupler?

Go to www.apliancejunk.com. THere is a video on how to change the coupler. It is on a whirlpohl, but it is the same. Whirlpohl made your unit, it is exacally the same only with kenmore name on it
