Heating Problem - Kenmore Heavy Duty 60 Series Soft Heat

My Kenmore Heavy Duty 60 Series Soft Heat Model 96565210will not heat on any setting. The dryer runs normally, it just won't heat at all. We did install a new heat element, and that would not heat up. Any help is appreciated!

You should have 120V to the element. Also if you take the coner off where the timer is you should find 2 thermal limit disc. You should check them. There is a websit called www.acmehowto.com that has a very good troubleshooting section in it that will help you a lot.Check the limit disc and let me know if you need futher help.
