Harbor Breeze fan documentation

I purchased a Harbor Breeze fan from Lowe's in 2005. Never installed. Now notice I did not get the remote with it or the user manual? Can anyone help me get these?
Harbor Breeze Model: YU-C52CF (F152-5LK)
Lowes Model: F152MMW5LK
Is there a website to download the documentation for this fan?

We just bought a Harbor Breeze Elite, and it had NO instructions at all. Am I supposed to just give it my best guess? Is this info available online?
