GE Washer won't drain

My GE Washing machine model WBSE3120 will not drain. It will fill and agitate but will not drain or spin even if I set it to rinse or spin. I checked the drain hose and it was fine. I reset it by unplugging it and waiting 5 minutes and plugging it back in. I had a similar issue with a previous washing machine and it seems like I remember changing the timer in it.

Thanks in advance.
