GE Washer - Electrical Burning Smell

My GE Washer, which is 14 years old, has an electrical burning smell when I use it. Is there a fix for this?

Open cabinet and check out where smell is coming from. Check the motor. belt and make sure the belt tensioner pulley is spinning freely
