GE Profile water dispenser leak

I have a GE Profile side-by-side refrigerator and the water dispenser is leaking where the water is dispensed. I'm trying to figure out how to cutoff the water supply to the refrigerator and don't see an obvious water cutoff.

In an emergancy when the water won't stop running, you have to shut off the valve to the 1/4 inch tubing leading into the back of the fridge! The shut-valve is usually located under the sink or in the basement!
