How do I clear clogged drain in GE Profile bottom freezer fridge??

Without a model number, I can't see the refrig that you have to know where the drain tube is located. You might include that in your next post. I will say that most bottom-freezer units require the removal of the evaporator cover (back wall of freezer compartment) to access the drain entrance. This may also require removal of the ice maker and/or any shelving brackets or rails. Once the drain tube is reached, I use a steamer to blast through and emulsify any food products or ice.
