Frigidaire gallery Dryer Keps Shutting Off

I have a Frigidaire Gallery stacking washer and dryer that I really like. Lately, the dryer has been stopping whenever it needs to change direction (it has a 2-way tumble action). I am wondering if this is something I can fix?

Ive got the same problem? I then need to open the dryer and push it with my hand. I WONDER IF THERE IS A WAY TO DISABLE the two way tumble action? I don't see any other dryer advertisement noting the two way tumble action, does this feature really have any benifits? Does Frigidaire still sell this feature? Seems to me it is only a problematic feature.

Try lifting out the lint filter and using a vacuum cleaner to thoroughly clean the slot where the lint filter is housed. The dryer most likely shuts off because of a safety feature.
