fridge sides getting hot

Hi, my Fisher & Paykel fridge/freezer model N325T has a problem. The sides of the fridge gets hot. Not all over but in isolated pockets. I have noticed that its hot where the sides seem to have been depressed in a bit. The fridge is about 10 years old I think. Is it normal to be hot but only in certain areas? It doesnt have coils at the back either. The fridge seems to work ok but tends to cycle alot. The little fan in the freezer runs ok if thats any help.
thanks
Anthony
