josieac - There is a drain tube for the water that is meltedc ,when the fridge goes into defrost mode and it drains down this tube through the bottom of the fridge into a pan under the fridge and then everopes away;; YOU will have to clean the tube out because it is stipped up , I have used a SOFT wire clothes hanger to clean one out witgh;; you will have to srtart from under the freezer inside the refridg. To clean it out;; they do get stopped up sometimes ;; [ other wise the temperature inside the box part be set wrong or there may be a door that is not closeing right and there is condensition forming inside the fridge from the heat from outside the fridge is causeing the cold air to recondience on the inside walls ;; have a great day and GOD BLESS Oh make sure fhridge door is fully closed every time its oppened F.B.E.
