f4 error code on whirlpool gold catalyst washer

now I have an F4 error code. Can anyone tell me how to fix this and re-set the washer so I can use it again.

I also have an f4 code which then changed to an f3 code The catalyst won't start agitation.I unpluged the machine for two min. to reset but to no avail
