    Electric Hot Water Heater
On Thursday, December 6th, 2007 our pump house for our well froze up. When water was finally restored my hot water heater didn't work. I get nothing, not a gurgle or grind. When I turn on the hot water spigot water comes out so I know water is flowing through the hot water heater, but it is not filling up and not heating the water. What is the problem and can it be fixed or should I buy a new one? I have taken the panel off and hit the reset button but that did not work either. HELP, do you know how many pans of water you need to boil to take a bath?

OK do you have a meter to test your power? Do you know if this water heater is 110 or 220 volts. "I get nothing, not a gurgle or grind. When I turn on the hot water spigot water comes " I was confused by what appears to be two conflicting statements. Do you get nothing or do you get cold water flowing?
