    Dyson Animal Roller Won't Roll Will Suck! HELP.
    Love my Dyson, NEED the DYSON! The larger attachment on my new Dyson won't "roll" while sucking. The smaller attachment works just fine. We have taken everything apart, cleaning it and cannot figure out why the roller portion won' roll thus making it useless for carpet. HELP!

    Well!! Just called Dyson, they have no reason as to why it won't work BUT they are sending me a new larger attachment! Just like that. Dyson is awesome! :)
