dishwasher won't drain

Sears Kenmore Canadian 615.13492

drain line/hose is free and clear, as are undersink pipes (air lock)

4 wire harness into motor, so it's a reversing motor for pump out.

I have had this problem a couple of times and the cause was a toothpick jammed across the pump blades. Simple task to dis-assemble the pump and remove the toothpick, but a messy and wet task.
Hope this helps.

where the drain line pluges into the pump there is a check valve. It should be a white plastic tube between the pump and the drain hose about 4" long. It will unscrew from the pump and can be cleaned.
