Appliances: Kenmore Elite Dishwasher, #665.168983200

Need help unlocking panel on my Kenmore Elite Dishwasher, #665.168983200. Second time w/ same problem. "Normal Wash" button flashing and 4-hour delay light remain on. I've tried every "code" online and nothing is taking the "hold" off. Help! Thank you. Chris
