Amana Ice Maker not producing ice

Amana Ice Maker not producing ice

I went to clean the ice bin, since I've put the clean tray back, I haven't had any new ice? The arm and blades continue to rotate, no ice is produced? Does this make sense, is there a do it myself technique to fix?
