Air exhaust for a Gas cooktop
When using a gas cooktop in a kitchen, is it okay to recirculate the air with an exhaust fan or must the fan be vented outside?

    Good Day.
I am not the expert - but I am 90% sure that all gas appliances have to be vented to the outside as opposed to the recirculating type of vents that some electric stove tops have.

The issue is the requirement to suck out any potential byproducts of combustion or better yet incomplete combustion. Like carbon monoxide or unburned hydrocarbons.

    I wouldn't take the chance.
    Cheers,

I have a GE gas cooktop that runs on propane. It doesn't seem very powerful, I have used much cheaper stoves that run on propane that boil water much faster. Is there any way I can increase its output ?
