cd to ipod

i'm finding it hard to put music on my ipod from cds any advise would be
great

I just put my CDs in the drive, rip it with windows media player to my music library, and then drag and drop to iTunes.

If you're using Mac OS X (it's always helpful when asking a computer question to specify your operating system), you put in the CD, iTunes starts up and asks you if you want to add the CD's content to a playlist. It would be helpful in providing you assistance if you told us what you mean by "I'm finding it hard".
