when i put Ipod connect to USB
it's not turn Itunes on
and also the Ipod isn't connect to Itunes
so i have no way to open the Ipod, or put the music in

Also in the Ipod
I can't do anything
I can't pause, the music just keep playing
I can't click Menu either
when I click Menu the window show
Do not disconnect
but when the light turn on
it turning to the music

can u guy tell me what to go??
