anti virus says its expired but it isnt.what to do?

I bout the system mechanic professional version 8 by iolo and installed it a week ago. today im on my computer and it pops up saying that my subscription is disabled and that i can buy a subscription. but when i go into my account with iolo it says that i still have 11 months on my subscription. how do i get my antivirus enabled and fix this whole mess?

i would contact customer support and explain what has happend. it sounds to me like your subscription isnt valid, yet you have paid for it.

the customer support company will be able to help the best.
