I would suggest phentermine(adipex) for weight loss if you think you must take something, its shows quick results(
www.customhrt.com). I would also reccomend changing diet and going to workout at least 3 days a week for at least 20 minutes. I took phentermine myself and I lost 22 lbs, but I also made a lifestyle change with food and exercise.
