Other Ways of Killing Mosquitos?

My close friend seems to have the type of blood that mosquitos like best- if there is such a thing. Wherever she goes she gets bitten by them constantly while the rest of us nearby don't get bitten at all. We live in the Caribbean so they thrive in this environment. She has had dengue fever several times in her life and has tried using sprays, citronella, bug zappers, getting rid of stagnant water and everything imaginable but they still won't leave her alone.

Are there any other things she can do to prevent bites/eradicate all of the pests in her vecinity?

I may be stretching the truth a little bit.

Yes, come visit. Not as many mosquitos in July. Hint, hint.

$100.00 for a fogger? WOW
If I'm getting this right, you fog the yard area when ever you are planning to spend some time out there and it costs that much? and it's a one time use?

I live in Hawaii where there are more mosquitos than people. Avon Skin-So-Soft bath oil works the best and has no deadly chemicals. I got sprayed in the face with DEET once and couldn't breathe, it made me throw up.
