Are they any good? Are they better or worse than others?
I am trying to find out about Ionic Iodine, they claim they will not build up in the body, where others might build up or clog up the works.

I had peopled say ask a Doctor, that is a joke, Dr's have eight hours of training on vitamins, minerals, healthy eating, I don't think they are the specialist, unless a Dr has specialized on that subject and even then they can pull the wool over there eyes, especially if they sell supplements.

They are supposed to be better used by the body, you body can use more minerals than other forms.

I was going to introduce my self but couldn't find out how to do that.

I always tell people about the cancer alternatives but they trust their dr and chemo.

I think the ionic is better than chelation from everything I have heard. I am not really familar with the others. Many of the ionic things aren't very effective like the foot baths.
