Hormonal Balancing

I was wondering if there are any herbs that will balance your hormones? I have a pretty serious imbalance and doctors want to put me on hormone replacement therapy, but I would much rather do it naturally!! Thanks so much in advance for your responses!

One thing for sure is you need to cut out sugar, artifical sweetener,
Use sea salt instead of table salt

Some supplements to balance your hormones are
Kelp
parsley
red raspberry tea
kombucha tea
black cohosh
flaxseed oil/omega fatty acid

Also a raw food diet
Raw Food and hormone imbalance

Foods to avoid hypothyroidism
cabbage, broccoli, turnips, rutabaga, mustard greens, kale, spinach, Brussels sprouts, peaches, pears, strawberries, and radishes cauliflower, corn, potatoes and starchy vegetables.

Also keep up with drs visits to keep your hormone (im)balance in check

I know of some really imformative videos but I have to try and find them on the internet
will post them when I find them

This is the link for several but I would like to find the specific ones that go indepth on leptin and toxicity

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is fantastic for balancing hormonal problems. You should not however go taking supplements without consulting someone who understands the dosages. A TCM practitioner, will be able to prescribe the correct amounts once they have assessed you and made a diagnosis about the reasons for the imbalance. A good naturopath may also be qualified to do this.

You can also check into Vitex...sometimes seen as Chasteberry Leaf or Agnus Castus depending on where you live.

Hormones are imbalanced due to deficiency of elements in your body (remember the periodic table?) You are deficient in minerals, and thus the body uses incorrect material to manufacture incorrect hormones, as well as have incorrect other chemistries take place in the body. This is what I/We believe is the reason the body builds cancer cells. We aim at correcting this deficiency, and witness results such as:

"I just wanted to let you know I really love what it has done. I truly believe that it saved my life. My hormones were so imbalanced that I could not get out of bed for days at a time, I had no period and I started to feel like I did not want to live anymore. This has not only balanced my hormones – it has also given me my strength and energy back. My moods are SOOOO much better and my skin looks smoother. I also had quite a few skin tags on my neck that have completely disappeared !!! I have recommended this to a lot of my friends and I only do that when I really believe in a product. Thank You and stay Strong – you have helped countless people and are doing great things for this world.

Sincerely,
Jennifer"
