Sunnibunni!! I cleanse four times year and it is the best thing can do for your body and it SO easy.. screw fasting, there is nothing good about depriving your body from essential essentials!

Go to your local health food store and pick up a box of CleanseSmart, (there is a begginer version that is less intense but I wished I'd gone all the way) I do 2 weeks worth and it cleanses EVERTHING!! lungs, liver, colon, it detoxes the entire body. Now you'll have to commit to diet free of gluten (Quinoa, amaranth, millet, and buckwheat is ok) , sugar (including artifical crap, Stevia is ok), dairy, caffeine, alcohol and foods containing tons of preservatives. Eat lots of veggies, rice, beans, nuts, seeds, tea, pure unsweetened fruit juice (tropicana OJ!!) and I try to limit my self to fruit that is preferably local (apple picking!) or in season. OH and LOTS of water!! YOu will feel soooOOooOO good after these two weeks, you will shed a few pounds as you will be 'regular' haahha.. hope this helps trust me, your body will LOVE it!
