flaxseeds supplements

Can I supplement daily with both flaxseeds and flaxoil to get maximum benefits?

You can if you want to but if you have an irritable bowel you are going to have major intestinal distress from flaxseeds. Try Salba instead. I have IBS and salba does not give me any distress and has more calcium and good omega than flaxseeds.

can both flaxseeds and flaxoil be consumed together to get maximun benefits@
examples : flaxoil in the morning
examples : flaxseed in the evening

Yes I believe you can take both. They each have different benefits.
I would, if possible maybe take a little less than what the bottle says.
Like if it says take two times daily only take once a day.

Oh I forgot to say that salba has a very light nutty taste versus flaxseed's strong bitterish taste. I like salba much better. I grind the seeds in my coffee grinder and use it like flour in receipes.
