dry skin

i have very dry skin and i was wondering was there anything i could take or any special kinda treatment i could do to help?

You can use different things on your skin and it will help some but you should also take some kind of essential fatty acid supplement too that will really help your skin to look and feel soft and glow.

with the vitamins it would be Essential fatty acid, omega fatty acid, flaxseed oil, or primrose oil and it is good for acne too.

get more fish oil in your diet and soak in a nice warm tub with some baby oil in it. feels great.
