Blacks spots from some months

On my head of penis and at the edges small little white pimples came few months back, afterwards few days they vanished and the affected area turned into black.Is this requires medical attention or this is general.

Shall i go skin specialist or any other person regarding this.

I would say that you should seak medical assistance at the first possible moment. Little white pimples on the head of your penis sounds like a serious STD.
