Binaural beats make me feel sick
I have always had a love for dreaming, exploring all the hidden meanings and signs.
More recently I have become interested in the idea of lucid dreaming. I have been lucid a couple of times before, just by chance but now I'm interested in building up a skill of lucidity to use more often.
I heard that listening to binaural beats helps you to become lucid so I paid for and downloaded an app with lots of sequences on.

I listened to the one that helps lucid dreaming for perhaps 45 minutes and all it's done is make me feel nausea really badly.
I'm not looking or a solution, I just know not to listen to binaural beats again, I'll use other methods.
I'm just wondering if there is a psycologic or biological reason why these beats stimulated nausea. Could it not process them properly or something? I find it fascinating (though also annoying as I have to sit up and try not to hurl now).

    Thanks :)
