i have a friend who was told taking ambrotose would help his prostate cancer

does taking ambrotose help with prostate cancer. i have a friend who was told to take this supplement that it would help him.

I am not a Doctor, nor a Professional in this area. I have not taken, nor know anyone, who has taken this particular Ambrotose.
