There are many herbs for all types of things. GO to a local health food store the people there are generally very knowlegable of the herbs and minerals. Good luck

Try reading this article and the entire site on MSG. This could be your problem and you don't know it. I read this article and I can now figure out why I am tired sometimes, etc and can't concentrate after eating certain things. Well worth the read, believe me.

Food For Thought

Hopes this helps you.

I was going to suggest some things but DB hasn't been back since Mar 26th

I finally found somebody that agrees with me about MSG I see.
I am so tired of people telling me I am wrong about it!
