Hi.
I am trying to figure out size and type of electrical heater for my basement.
Basement approximately 1200 sq. ft and has 208V service.
It is not livable but I have few electric water heaters and plastic(not copper) piping.
I afraid that this pipes can freeze and crack during the winter times ( I live in Massacusetts ) if I will not heat this place.
I would really appreciate if some one can give me a couple pointers on what the minimun requirements are (acceptable temperature, heater wattage, recommendations on the brand).

Thank you
