PAPAIN
What is it? Papain is an herbal medicine used to treat burns and to help treat cancer.
Other names for Papain include: Papaya Extract.
Papaya Extract, See |PAPAIN | (http://www.healthtouch.com/bin/EContent_HT/altCareMedShowLfts.asp?fname=00385&title=Papaya+Extract%2C+See+%7CPAPAIN+%7C+&cid=HTALT)

Never used it myself so I can't tell you if it works or not.

Papain is a proteolytic enzyme (breaks down proteins). And can be used as a meat tenderizer.

Bromelain (from pineapple) is similar. Also Actinidain (from kiwifruit).
