I m 23. I m so thin. I want to become fat so soon. Atleast with in 2 months.
My height is 5'4 and i m only 40 kgs.

Please help me on this. Could u suggest me some tips on this

You don'tneed to become fat, that's totally ridiculous, if you are not happy with your self-image I would suggest you go and see your GP and discus the problem with him or her.

I assure you that you do not want to become "fat" It has health problems in and of itself that you want no part of.

Now, you may want to gain some weight, and that is good, but you need to get a complete physical beforehand. You need to make sure that your thyroid, for one, is okay, as you may have hyperthyroidism.

You should hang your head in shame.

I reiterate my original advice, go and see your own Doctor/GP and ask them for help.

By weighing 40kg's is very dangerous and by the sounds of it you already know that. I think that maybe you should put on some weight. But not to much.
