I have had pelvic pain for about a week with a late period. i am not sexualy active so there for there is not possibilities of being pregnant! what is wrong with me?

those are such general symptoms it could be anything. go to your obgyn. the same thing happended to me but is was pms and since my period was late ( never found out why it was late could be stress)my pms was prolonged.

It can be anything. Best advice would be to go see a doctor.
