I know the chances are very unlikely but, I lost my virginity May 3rd, and that was about 4/5 days after my period. My periods are really regular and I'm late 2 days. My partner used a condom when we did have sex, but me being more of a first-timer and over-worrying about this. What are the chances that I could be pregnant?

ooo.... well you had sex in the fertile stage of your menstrual cycle so the chances are higher... but since a condom was worn the chances are lessened. Wait it out a few more days.... don't WORRY... it's not going to help anything.

Are you very thin? Do you skip periods occassionally? Have yo uincrease your physical activity lately? Have you been ill? All of these factors can cause your period to come late or not come at all. If you have been worrying about it... that could actually cause it to be late too.

oops, my mistake, I think my period started about a week before and ended about 3 days before..my mind is obviously wandering. I don't skip periods, at least I haven't yet, and I usually come around the time: which is at the end or beginning of the month, which is why I think I may be ok, but would a first response test be an idea, just to lessen fears at the moment?

i think a first response test wouldn't be accurate yet... i think it has to be five days after a missed period... you said it was like 3.... so wait a couple of days

ok, thank you, I'm just nervous, which I guess makes sense.
