I have been trying to find typing work that I can carry out from home for a while now. Are you able to help me?

Probably not. The days of farming out this work are long gone. Everyone has their own computers. There used to be specific word processing depts in many businesses, that's no longer the case.

You might find some work as a medical trancscriptionist, but you need some training got that.

I'm looking for a data or audio data typist without to have pay a Fee.
Are there companies who does do?
I have no creditcard or paypal so it's verry hard to find a work.
Can you adv. Me what to do

I wouldn't recommend getting involved in any typing jobs that you find online. Most if not all of them are scams. I hope that you read the response posted by Scott above.

If you have the skills, about the only thing that I can think of for a typing job at home would be to work as a medical transcriptionist as Scott said. I have known people who have done this from home for a living.
