Upon our marriage, my late husband transferred the ownership of his residence before marriage to himself and me , as joint tenants in common with right of survivorship in a General Warranty Deed. When he died without a will, other heirs put a lien on this residence until the division of property was settled between us. They then released the lien in an ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT A GREEMENT and a Release of Lien and Quitclaim Deed. All of this was recorded with the county clerk. How do I get the warranty deed transferred to my name only. The property has been paid off.
