what should i do to make my skin fairer and smooth.. when i was 7 years old i have a stain in my legs.. i ask my mom about it but she said that its not a birth mark.. i dont have birthmark in my legs.. now im 17 and since i was 13 i cant wear shorts or skirts because of my skin..i feel sad about it:( i cant use bleaching products because i have skin asthma.. i dont know what to do.. and i cant go the the dermatologist because its very expensive..i have uhmm sensitive skin..i want to know what should i use to make my skin fair... i want to release the brown spots on my legs even if i scrub my legs it going worst..
