I just bought this used mower. The previous owner put a new seat on it. Under the seat there is an electrical connection... that is not connected to anything. I read about a seat switch that I assume this is and needs to be connected. Any ideas where this connection is suppose to go? Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

It runs fine and can be put into gear and ran but its just the mower when engaged is when it stalls out.

Follow-up.. I called the previous owner and he said the switch was located in the old seat but wouldn't fit into the new one. He figured he could just jumper the female connector with a piece of copper wire and it would work. He never did use it after replacing the seat but said it always worked fine. When I told him it didn't he said to remove the wire and that maybe the switch had to remain open. I did that but still no go. Still stalls out when engaging the blades.

The blades are engaged by a lever that when pushed ahead tightens the pulleys in the deck. It's a mechanical thing as far as I can see so I wonder if the problem lies elsewhere rather than this seat switch?
